The BCS MLS is excited to announce the upcoming launch of the BCS MLS Online Compliance System. This customized online platform allows Members to anonymously submit complaints, post notices, and report an Agent or an MLS Listing that does not comply with the rules and Operating Policies and Procedures of MLS BCS. Members using the MLS BCS Online Compliance System will be able to:
• Easily file a report of potential listing or agent violations via a drop-down list of options.
• Upload evidence online of reported violations including photos, video, audio and document files.
• Communicate with the Compliance Officer online via the MLS BCS website or by email.
• Follow the status of reported violations from the User Dashboard.
• Access the online Knowledge Base for easy reference to the Operating Policies and Procedures.
MLS BCS Compliance ensures that your MLS data is as accurate and up to date as possible.
The MLS BCS Online Compliance System will be your first point of contact for reporting inaccurate information found on the MLS. Our Compliance Officer will work closely with listing agents and brokers to process reports of potential violations and to fairly and impartially investigate, clarify and correct data inaccuracies and enforce the rules established in the BCS MLS Operating Policies and Procedures.
The BCS MLS Online Compliance System will be launched on or before May 1, 2022.
