Residential Properties held in Escritura – PROFECO registered.
When listing Residential properties held in an Escritura (titleholder is a Mexican Citizen or Entity), the MLS requires all subscribing Agencies use the PROFECO-registered MLS-BCS Listing Agreement.

Each Agency must fill out the top portion of the WORD version, identifying your company, as granted in the Power of Attorney (POA).
Conduct all future Residential Escritura listings on the PROFECO-registered MLS-BCS Listing Agreement in compliance with the NOM-247 and the MLS-BCS Operating Policies and Procedures (OPP’s). Either replace all currently ACTIVE Residential Escritura listings or upon the next expiration and extension. Having a standard PROFECO-registered MLS-BCS Listing Agreement represents a milestone both for the MLS and the real estate industry in BCS, providing clarity and standardization to the listing process while complying with Federal regulations and MLS-BCS policy.
MLS-BCS Listing Agreement. (Land, Commercial Properties and Fideicomisos).
When listing non-residential Lots and Land, Commercial Properties or any property held in a Trust (Fideicomiso) the MLS-BCS requires all subscribing Agencies use the attached MLS-BCS Listing Agreement.

Propiedades residenciales en escritura pública – registradas en PROFECO.
Al anunciar propiedades residenciales en escritura pública (el titular es un ciudadano o entidad mexicana), el MLS requiere que todas las agencias suscriptoras utilicen el Acuerdo de listado MLS-BCS registrado en PROFECO.

Cada agencia debe completar la parte superior de la versión WORD, identificando a su empresa, como se otorga en el poder notarial (POA).
Realizar todos los listados futuros de Escrituras Residenciales en el Contrato de Listado MLS-BCS registrado ante PROFECO en cumplimiento con la NOM-247 y las Políticas y Procedimientos Operativos (OPP) del MLS-BCS. Reemplazar todos los listados de Escrituras Residenciales ACTIVOS actualmente o al momento del próximo vencimiento y extensión. Tener un Contrato de Listado MLS-BCS estándar registrado ante PROFECO representa un hito tanto para la MLS como para la industria de bienes raíces en BCS, brindando claridad y estandarización al proceso de listado al mismo tiempo que cumple con las regulaciones federales y la política de MLS-BCS.
Contrato de Listado MLS-BCS. (Terrenos, Propiedades Comerciales y Fideicomisos).
Al listar lotes y terrenos no residenciales, propiedades comerciales o cualquier propiedad mantenida en un Fideicomiso (Fideicomiso), MLS-BCS requiere que todas las Agencias suscritas utilicen el Contrato de Listado MLS-BCS.

Cada Agencia debe completar la parte superior del Acuerdo de Listado identificando a su empresa.
Realice todos los listados futuros de lotes y terrenos no residenciales, propiedades comerciales y/o cualquier propiedad mantenida en un fideicomiso en este Acuerdo de Listado MLS-BCS estándar de conformidad con las Políticas y procedimientos operativos (OPP) de MLS-BCS. Reemplace todos los listados actualmente ACTIVOS con este Acuerdo de Listado o hágalo en la próxima fecha de vencimiento y extensión. Tener un Acuerdo de Listado MLS-BCS estándar representa un hito tanto para MLS-BCS como para la industria de bienes raíces en BCS, brindando claridad y estandarización al proceso de listado, además de cumplir con la política de MLS-BCS.
