MLS-BCS LISTING AGREEMENT

We are pleased to announce the release of the MLS-BCS Listing Agreement, duly authorized by PROFECO in compliance with the NOM-247.
The MLS-BCS Listing Agreement shall become the standard and mandatory Listing Agreement for all Broker members. The Board of Directors has introduced new policy to the MLS Operating Policies and Procedures (OPP’s) requiring obligatory use by all member Agencies.
